Take the guesswork out of training. The entire course is guided from white to black belt. Learn the fundamentals of the art first, then the stances, strikes, kicks, blocks, self defense, and poomsae (forms). You will also do full classes that include drills and conditioning. Build dynamic speed and flexibility as you do the lessons at your own pace.
IntroductionYou will learn about the style, how to use the course, about yelling, how to tie you belt, and basic Korean terminology.
Basic TechniquesStances, Footwork, Hand Techniques, Blocks, and Kicks are taught from multiple angles, with a detailed breakdown and drill.
Self DefenseApply this ancient form of self defense to the most probable attacks. Learn how to walk safely and react with great muscle-memory.
Forms (Poomsae)All poomsae are taught from white to black belt (and 2nd and 3rd degree will be added). Our style of TKD teaches the Taegeuk series.
Complete ClassesEach belt level includes follow-along classes. This is just like attending a live class in a dojang.
Practice DrillsAfter a detailed instruction of each technique, there is an included practice drill to get more repetition.
